Message I just talked to my cousin who is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and qualified in Certification in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA)/ Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP), and Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA).

We looked at the Glenbrooke, Inc. invoice that Jaspec produced and he said that in his professional opinion that it is a fake based on numerous issues with spacing, formatting, color differences, marks and misspellings.

He told me that Invoices are legal documents that are scrutinized prior to becoming official. The likely-hood of one having this many misspellings and most of all misspelling their own name is highly unlikely.

His recommendation is that Jaspec provide a random unbiased person the contact information to the business through private e-mail and allow for verification. He told me that any honest accountant would not take offense to being double checked as that is what they do on a daily basis to other people for a living.

But lastly he told me that if Jaspec turns out to be legit, then he is probably the most ignorant accountant out there to pay such a high price and agree to those terms. Further more he said that if the allegations turn out to be true he feels sorry for any of his past, present and future customers.

I thought that I would share this as I think that Barry hit the nail on the head. And that we have a crook amongst us.
